Online Skip Bin Hire Bookings
& Orders Placed Over the Phone!

Eastern Skip Hire have a refund policy for all customers either ordering a skip bin online or over the phone.

 

The following "refund policy" is for monies people have paid up front prior to any services have been delivered to the customers in person or to their location.

 

Eastern Skip Hire Online Refund Policy

Cancelled Orders for skip bins and mini skips hire services online is as follows:

1. People cancelling their skip bin hire or mini skips hire service 6 hours prior to the agreed delivery date, and or time, will receive a refund of all monies, except for:

• any bank fees;​

​​

• any online shop fees incurred by the customer hiring a skip bin or mini skip hire service with Eastern Skip Hire;

​​

• any addition council fees incurred by Eastern Skip Hire for on road permits for the skip bins or mini skips placement during the agreed period of hire;

​​

• any third party fees which Eastern Skip Hire may incurred as a result of the customer hiring a skip bin or mini skips via a third party app;

​​

• any addition fees not mentioned above which Eastern Skip Hire have incurred as a result of the customer ordering a skip bin online.​

• Postponing You Skip Bin or Mini Skips Hire Service

 

Customers cancelling their skip bin hire or mini skip hire service may elect to have their skip bin or mini skips hire service postponed to a later date, within a 6 month period without suffering any financial burden or cost;

​

Customers postponing their skip bin and or mini skip hire service with Eastern Skip Hire, for more than 6 months, will be subject to any new fee increases, implied by Eastern Skip Hire as a new pricing structure for all customers, due to increased service expenses, by Eastern Skip Hire.

​People Cancelling their Skip Bin or Mini Skip Hire services with Eastern Skip Hire Less Than 6 Hours

People choosing to cancel their skip bin hire or mini skips hire services less than 6 hours prior to delivery, will incur all of the expenses as listed above, that Eastern Skip Hire will incur as business fees by suppliers, banks, third party expenses etc;

​

Plus, if your skip bin or mini skip hire service skip or bin fully loaded on the truck, and in transit to your address, an additional $120.00 will be incurred by the customer, due to the incurred expenses of Eastern Skip Hire's employees time, to relocate the skip bin or mini skip back to the storage facility in Kilsyth, Vic 3137.
